"Bill Comfort and I 'met', in 1999, in an online forum that focused on long-term care insurance.  He and I participated in heated debates about LTCi policy language and claims adjudication--our sole focus being to help our clients get the policy that would serve them best at the time of claim.  Bill was an expert on LTCi claims and policy language back then, and even more so now!  There's no person in this country more qualified to write and teach this course."
